For our family, farming isn’t just a job — it’s a way of life. Here on our farm near Wellman, Iowa, we’ve built Hickory Hollow Farms around the same values that have guided generations before us: honesty, hard work, and pride in what we do.
We started Hickory Hollow Farms in 2010, raising cattle and working the land with a simple goal — to provide quality beef we could be proud of. Over time, that passion grew into something more. In 2024, we created Hickory Hollow Beef as a way to share what we’ve been raising for years with others who appreciate local, farm-raised food.
Today, we raise purebred Black Angus cattle with care from start to finish, focusing on quality over quantity. Every package of beef we offer represents countless hours of work — from feeding and tending to our herd to caring for the land that sustains them. Our goal is simple: to produce wholesome, flavorful beef that our family and yours can be proud of.
We’re also taking steps toward becoming Non-GMO with plans having it in store by February, staying true to our commitment to natural, responsible farming. When you choose Hickory Hollow Beef, you’re supporting a small family operation that puts heart, effort, and integrity into every cut.
